Snow Removal Procedures
The Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board Operations Division strives to serve the needs of our park users while maintaining our facilities each day. In the event of snowfall, steps are taken to safely remove snow from our facilities.

- Ice Rinks
We make every effort to have snow removed within 24 hours of the end of a snowfall. Please note that in the event of blizzard conditions, snow removal timelines may be delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these circumstances.
To report an area within the Minneapolis parks that needs snow removal attention, please email maintenance@minneapolisparks.org or call the Park Board headquarters at 612-230-6400 from 8 am-4:30 pm weekdays.
