Adult Pond Hockey
 Remember meeting your buddies outside for a game of pick-up hockey? Relive that experience by joining a Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board Pond Hockey league! The Pond Hockey season is five weeks long, played on Lake Nokomis during January and February. League play consists of four-on-four play with no goalies on a 150- by 75-foot rink with 18 inch wooden boards. Goals are six feet in width with two, one foot openings. All players must wear helmets and hockey skates. Protective equipment is optional but highly recommended.
